Abstract
This study highlights the development of archaeological and heritage sites in the Garmian region and their utilization to revitalize cultural tourism. The selected archaeological sites of historical and touristic significance in the region include: (Mahmud Pasha Jaff's Palace in Taza De, the rock carvings of the Bellula Pass and Khoshk Mountain in the Maydan sub-district, the Tombs of Sayid Khalil in Kalar, and the Zoroastrian Temple in Darbandikhan). This study attempts to identify the factors influencing the growth of cultural tourism and services to attract more visitors and tourists to the Garmian region, thereby increasing local income based on qualitative and quantitative data from archaeological revenues and tourist feedback. Special emphasis is placed on evaluating the role of the local community in this sector. The study aims to reach significant conclusions regarding the role of economic infrastructure development including transportation and accommodation as well as improving the quality of tourism services in boosting tourism in the Garmian region. These factors are crucial in attracting tourists, enhancing their experience, and simultaneously increasing residents' income. The significance of these findings lies in providing a clear vision for relevant stakeholders to guide tourism planning and establish an effective strategy for archaeological tourism in the region. This would contribute to diversifying income sources and improving economic well-being. The implications of this study extend beyond cultural tourism and could be valuable for other sustainable development policies in the Kurdistan Region. This is reflected in integrating cultural and historical factors into development processes.

ئه‌م توێژینه‌وه‌یه تیشک دەخاتە سەر پەرەپێدانی شوێنە شوێنەواری و کەلەپوریەکان لە ناوچەی گەرمیان و بەکارهێنانیان لە پێناو بوژاندنەوەی گەشتوگوزاری کەلتوریدا. گرنگترین شوێنە شوێنەواریە هەڵبژێردراوەکان کە بایەخی شوێنەواری وگەشتیاری گرنگیان لە ناوچەکەدا هەیە بریتین لە: (کۆشکی مەحمود پاشای جاف لە تازەدێ، داتاشراوەکانی سەربەردی دەربەندی بێلولە وشاخی خۆشک لە ناحیەی مەیدان، ئارامگەکانی سەید خەلیل لە کەلار، پەرستگای زەردەشتی لە دەربەندیخان) ئه‌م توێژینه‌وه‌یه هه‌وڵدانێكه بۆ ده‌ستنیشانكردنی هۆكاره‌كانی گه‌شه‌سه‌ندنی گه‌شتیاری کەلتوری وخزمه‌تگوزارییه‌كان بۆ ڕاكیشانی سه‌ردانكه‌ر یان گه‌شتیاری زیاتر بۆ ناوچه‌ی گه‌رمیان و به‌رزكردنه‌وه‌ی داهاتی ناوخۆیی به پشت به‌ستن به داتاكانی چۆنایه‌تی وچه‌ندایه‌تی له داهاتی شوێنه‌واری و دیدگاكانی گه‌شتیاران. هه‌روه‌ها به‌رز نرخاندنی ڕۆڵی كۆمه‌ڵگای ناوخۆیی له‌م كه‌رته‌دا زیاتر تیشك ده‌خرێته سه‌ری. هه‌وڵده‌ده‌ین له‌م توێژینه‌وه‌یه‌دا، بگه‌ین به ده‌رئه‌نجامی گرنگی و ڕۆڵی پەرەپێدانی ژێرخانی ئابووری, له‌وانه‌ش گواستنه‌وه ومانه‌وه، هه‌روه‌ها باشتركردنی کوالێتی خزمەتگوزارییه گه‌شتیارییه‌كان لە بەگەشتیاریکردنی ناوچەی گەرمیاندا، کە هۆکاری گرنگن لە ڕاكیشانی گه‌شتیاران وبه‌رزكردنه‌وه‌ی ئه‌زموونی گه‌شتیاری، له‌هه‌مان كاتدا کاریگەری لەسەر بەرزکردنەوەی داهاتی دانیشتووان دەبێت. گرنگی ئه‌م ده‌رئه‌نجامانه له پێشنیارکردنی دیدگای ڕووندایه بۆ لایه‌نه په‌یوه‌ندیداره‌كان به ئامانجی پەرەپێدان لە پلاندانانی گه‌شتیاری و دروستكردنی ستراتیژی كاریگه‌ر لە گەشتیاری شوێنه‌واری له ناوچه‌كه‌دا، كه به‌شداره له هه‌مه‌چه‌شنكردنی سه‌رچاوه‌كانی داهات وبه‌رزكردنه‌وه‌ی خۆشگوزه‌رانی ئابووری. كاریگه‌رییه‌كانی ئه‌م لێكۆڵینه‌وه‌یه له چوارچێوەی گەشتیاری کەلتوری تێده‌په‌ڕێت وده‌توانێت پەیامدار بێت بۆ سیاسه‌ته‌كانی تری گه‌شه‌پێدانی به‌رده‌وام له هه‌رێمی كوردستان, ئه‌مه‌ش ڕە‌نگدانه‌وه‌ی لە تێكه‌ڵكردنی هۆكاره كەلتوری و مێژوویه‌كان له پڕۆسه‌كانی گه‌شه پێدان ده‌بێت.
