Abstract
The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of visual media on the spread of domestic violence in the Kurdistan Region. This research is a field study conducted on a sample of fourth-year students from the Departments of Media and Sociology at Salahaddin University. The study is descriptive in nature and adopts the survey method, using a data collection tool (a questionnaire) to determine the impact of visual media on the spread of domestic violence in the Kurdistan Region.
The population of the study consists of all students of Salahaddin University – College of Arts, while the study sample includes fourth-year students from the Departments of Media and Sociology at Salahaddin University, selected through simple random sampling, with a total of (70) students.
The study is composed of three sections. The first section is the methodology of the study, which includes the methodological procedures, previous studies, and the definition of key terms related to the research. The second section is the theoretical framework of the study, consisting of two main parts: the first part focuses on visual media, while the second part addresses domestic violence. The third section of the study is the practical framework, in which the responses of the study sample to the questionnaire items are presented, in addition to testing the research hypotheses, which consist of two hypotheses.
In the conclusion of the study, the most important findings, recommendations, and proposals related to the responses of the study sample are presented. This is followed by the list of references, appendices, and an abstract of the study in English.
Among the most significant findings reached by this study are that some programs and content within visual media in the Kurdistan Region constitute a factor contributing to the spread of domestic violence, which is inconsistent with the nature of family life. Visual media has contributed more to family disintegration than to family cohesion.

ئامانجى سەرەکی ئهم توێژينهوهيه بریتیە له زانينى كاریگهريی راگهیاندنى بينراو لهسهر بڵاوبوونهوهی توندوتیژی خێزانیی له ههرێمی كوردستان. توێژينهوهيهکى مەیدانیە بۆ سامپڵێك لە قوتابيانی قۆناغی (4) له بهشهكانی راگهیاندن و كۆمهڵناسی له زانکۆى سهلاحهدين. ئهم توێژينهوهيه له جۆرى توێژينەوە وهصفيهکانه، ميتودى روپێوى بهکار هێناوه، بە بەکارهێنانی ئامرازى کۆکردنهوهى زانيارى (فۆڕمى ڕاپرسى) بۆ زانینی كاریگهريی راگهیاندنى بينراو لهسهر بڵاوبوونهوهی توندوتیژی خێزانیی له ههرێمی كوردستان. کۆمهڵگهى ئهم توێژينهوهيه بریتیە له سهرجهم قوتابيانی زانکۆى سهلاحهدین – كۆلێژی ئاداب، سامپڵى توێژينهوهکهش بريتیه له لە قوتابيانی قۆناغی (4) له بهشهكانی راگهیاندن و كۆمهڵناسی له زانکۆى سهلاحهدين که به شێوهى سامپڵی ههڕەمەکی وهرگيراون و ژمارهيان (70) قوتابييه.
توێژينهوهکه له سێ بهش پێکدێت. بهشى يهکهم، بریتیە له ميتۆدنامەى توێژينهوهکه، تێیدا ڕێوشوێنە میتۆدیيەکان و توێژينهوهکانى پێشوو، هەروەها دياريکردنى زاراوهکانى توێژينهوهکه لهخۆ دهگرێت. بهشى دووهم، بریتیە له تیۆرینامەی توێژینەوەکە، لە دوو پاری سەرەکی پێکدێت. پاری يهکهم تايبهت کراوه بە راگهياندنى بينراو پاری دووهمیش تایبهتكراوه به توندوتیژی خێزانیی، بهشى سێيهمى ئهم توێژينهوهيە، بریتیە له پراکتیکنامەى توێژينهوهکه و تێیدا وەڵامی سامپڵى توێژینەوەکە بۆ پرسیارەکان خراونەتە ڕوو، ئهمه جگە لە ساغکردنهوهى گريمانهکانى توێژينهوهکه؛ له دوو گريمانهى پێکهاتووه، له کۆتايی توێژينهوهکهدا، گرنگترين دهرئهنجام و ڕاسپارده و پێشنیارەکانی پەیوەست به وهڵامدانهوهى سامپڵى توێژينهوه لهخۆ دهگرێت، دواتر ههر يهکه له ليستى سهرچاوهکان، پاشکۆ و پوختهى توێژينهوهکه به زمانى ئينگليزى خراونهته ڕوو. له گرنگترين ئهو دهرئهنجامانهى که ئهم توێژينهوەیە پێی گهيشتووه بريتين له: ههندێك له بهرنامه و پرۆگرامهكانی ناو راگهیاندنی بینراو له ههرێمی كوردستان هۆكارێكن بۆ بڵاوبوونهوهی توندوتیژی خێزانی كه ئهمهش لهگهڵ سروشتی ژیانی خێزانیی يهک ناگرێتهوه. راگهیاندنی بینراو هێندهی لێكترازانی خێزان بووه ئهوهنده هۆكاری یهكگرتووی نهبووه
