Abstract
Relationships are never free from differences—whether human, religious, or political. Dealing with the diversity of human thoughts, desires, interests, and customs constitutes a form of trial, through which people’s goodwill or misconduct becomes evident. Therefore, difference can be seen as the essence of testing in our social lives. It is important to provide the arts and methods of managing such differences, which help promote understanding and cooperation and guide us toward a form of coexistence despite our conflicts and divergences.
The Prophetic Hadiths contain numerous arts and remarkable practical examples regarding the management of differences and interaction with others.
The significance of this study lies in its focus on the art of managing differences in light of authentic Prophetic Hadiths, as an approach to achieving integration, balance, and coexistence within the human personality by enabling individuals to face contemporary issues and disagreements.
The research aims to identify and highlight the administrative mechanisms and skills present in the Hadiths for resolving interpersonal differences. These applied models demonstrate that the Prophetic traditions offer diverse methods for managing differences, contributing significantly to solving societal issues.
One of the most important findings of the research is that the Hadiths present a comprehensive methodology for managing differences among people through practical models applied within society.

العلاقات لا تخلو من الاختلافات، سواء كانت هذه العلاقات إنسانية، دينية، أو سياسية. فالتعامل مع اختلاف بني آدم في الأفكار والأهواء والمصالح والعادات يشكّل نوعًا من الابتلاء لهم، حيث يظهر من خلاله إحسان المحسن وإساءة المسيء. ومن هنا، يمكن القول إن الاختلاف هو جوهر الابتلاء في حياتنا الاجتماعية. ومن المهم أن نوفر فنون إدارة هذا الاختلاف التي تساعدنا على التفاهم والتعاون، وتقودنا إلى نوع من العيش المشترك رغم التضارب والتباين بيننا.
الأحاديث النبوية تتضمن فنونًا كثيرة ونماذج تطبيقية رائعة في مسائل إدارة الاختلافات والتفاعل مع الآخرين.
تأتي أهمية هذا البحث من كونه يتناول فن إدارة الاختلاف في ضوء الأحاديث النبوية الصحيحة، باعتبارها مدخلًا لتحقيق التكامل والتوازن والتعايش في الشخصية الإنسانية، من خلال مساعدة الفرد على مواجهة المشكلات والاختلافات في هذا العصر.
يهدف البحث إلى تحديد وإظهار الآليات والفنون الإدارية في الأحاديث النبوية لحل الاختلافات بين الناس. كما تدل النماذج التطبيقية في الأحاديث النبوية على أن فنون إدارة الاختلافات كثيرة، وأنها تسهم في حل المشكلات الموجودة في المجتمع.
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن الأحاديث النبوية تمثل منهجًا متكاملاً لتدبير الاختلاف مع الآخرين، من خلال النماذج التطبيقية في إدارتها بين أعضاء المجتمع.
