Abstract
This research aims to investigate the impact of a family guidance program based on Minuchin's structural theory on parenting competency among parents of children with learning difficulties. The study was conducted within elementary schools under the Eastern Education Directorate in Sulaymaniyah city for the academic year 2024-2025, with the research population consisting of parents of students experiencing learning difficulties in grades 4-6, totaling 15 fathers and mothers. The sample was purposively selected using a quasi-experimental design to achieve the research objectives. The researcher developed a parenting competency scale comprising 72 items distributed across seven domains: communication with children, parental abilities in behavior management and setting rules and boundaries, problem-solving skills, social interaction skills, educational guidance, empathetic and psychological supervision competency, and differentiation and alliance. The instrument's validity was established at( 87%) and reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient at( 0.86).The researcher prepared a family guidance program based on Minuchin's structural theory, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test was employed for statistical analysis to determine the program's effectiveness. The research findings revealed that the family guidance program had a positive impact on developing parenting competencies among parents of children with learning difficulties. Based on these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.

ئامانجی ئەم توێژینەوەیە زانینی كاریگەری بەرنامەی ڕێنمایی خێزانی پشت بەست بە تێوری بونیادی (مینۆشین) لەسەر لێهاتووی (باوكایەتی و دایكایەتی) لای باوانی منداڵانی توشبوو بە زەحمەتییەکانی فێربوون.سنووری توێژینەوەکە بریتییە لە قوتابخانە بنەڕەتیەکانی سەربە بەڕێوبەرایەتی پەروەردەی ڕۆژھەڵات لەشاری سلێمانی بۆساڵی خوێندنی (2024_2025)،کۆمەڵگەی توێژینەوەکە بریتییەلە باوکان ودایکانی ئەوقوتابیانەی کەتووشبووی زەحمەتیەکانی فێربوونن لەقوناغەکانی(4-5-6)کە
پێکھاتبوون لە(15)،باوکودایک.نموونهی توێژینهوهكهبەمەبەست ھەڵبژێردرا،بهپێی دیزاینی نیمچەئهزموونیی بەکارھێنراوە.بۆ بەدیهێنانی ئامانجی ئەم توێژینەوەیە.توێژەر پێوەری لێھاتوویی باوکایەتی ودایکایەتی ئامادەکردووە.کە پێکھاتووە لە (72) بڕگەیە کە دابەش بووە بەسەر حەوت بواردا کە بریتین لە ( بواری پەیوەندیکردن لەگەڵ منداڵ، تواناکانی دایک و باوک لە بەڕێوەبردنی ڕەفتار و دانانی یاساو ڕێساو سنوور، بواری توانای چارەسەرکردنی کێشەکان،بواری کارلێکی کۆمەڵایەتی،بواری ڕێنمایی پەروەردەیی، بواری لێھاتوویی چاودێری سۆزداری و دەروونی، بواری جیاوازی و هاوپەیمانی) پاشان دەرهێنانی ڕاستگۆیی ڕواڵەتی بریتیبوو لە (87٪).و جێگیریی بۆ پێوەرەکە بە ھاوکێشەی ئەلفا کرۆن باخ دەرھێنرا کە بریتیبوو لە (0.86) توێژەر بەرنامەیەکی ڕێنمایی خێزانیی پشت بەست بە تێوری بونیادی مینۆشین ئامادەکرد.ئەو ئامرازە ئاماریانەی بۆشیکاری داتاکان بەکاری ھێنرا لەتوێژینەوەکەدابۆزانینی کاریگەری بەرنامەکە تاقیکردنەوەی ڕیزبەندی ویلکۆکسۆن(WilcoxonSigned-Rank)بوو.ئەنجامی توێژینەوەکە دەری خست کە بهرنامهی ڕێنمایی خێزانی كاریگهری ئهرێنی هەیە لهسهر گهشهپێدانی لێهاتووییهكانی باوکایەتی و دایکایەتی لای باوانی منداڵانی توشبوو بە زەحمەتییەکانی فێربوون.توێژەر لەسەر بنەمای ئەنجامەکانی کۆمەڵێک ڕاسپاردە و پێشنیاری پێشکەش کردوە.
