Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the relationship between social media use and social responsibility among kindergarten department students in Kurdistan Region universities. This study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of 1,262 students studying in this field, and the research sample comprised 287 students from the (first-fourth) academic levels. The data collection instruments were two questionnaires or scales in the domains of social media use and social responsibility. Additionally, for data analysis, one-sample t-test, independent samples t-test for two groups, Pearson correlation coefficient, and SPSS software were used.
The results showed that the average social media use and the level of social responsibility among students were high. However, the results of the (two-sample) t-test revealed that there was no difference in social media use between the first and fourth levels. There was also a statistical difference in social responsibility between the first and fourth levels in favor of the fourth level. Correlation analyses showed a significant inverse relationship between increased social media use and social responsibility. In light of these results, several recommendations and suggestions were presented, including that universities and educational institutions should align their curricula with media literacy and use targeted social media networks to promote social responsibility among students.

ئەم توێژینەوەیە ئامانجی لێکۆڵینەوە بوو لە پەیوەندی نێوان بەکارهێنانی تۆڕە کۆمەڵایەتییەکان و پەیوەندی بە بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی لە نێوان خوێندکارانی بەشی باخچەی منداڵان لە زانکۆکانی هەرێمی کوردستان. ئەم توێژینەوەیە میتۆدی وەسفیی-پەیوەندیدار بوو. نمونەی توێژینەوەکە ٢٨٧ خوێنکار بوون لە قۆناغی (یەکەم -چوارەم) ، ئامرازی کۆکردنەوەی زانیارییەکان دوو پێوەر بوو لە بوارەکانی بەکارهێنانی تۆڕە کۆمەڵایەتییەکان و بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی .هەروەها بۆ شیکردنەوەی داتاکان تاقیکردنەوەی t یەک نمونەیی، تاقیکردنەوەی t بۆ دوو گروپی سەربەخۆ، هاوکۆڵکەی پەیوەندی پیرسۆن بەکارهێنران.
