Abstract
The October Revolution of 1917 was not just a revolutionary political change to end the Tsarist rule in Russia and create a socialist government to improve the lives of people, especially the poor and the lower classes, but was a fundamental process of change in the entire socio-cultural structure, affecting all cultural and artistic aspects of the country. Cinema as one of the most powerful and prominent new mediums of consciousness was given great importance, and itself as a phenomenon of the new era became the focus of the attention of thinkers. To this day, discussion about Soviet cinema is still an interesting topic in the academic throughout the world.
Most of the researches that have been done on Soviet cinema have focused on the positive impact it had on world cinema in particular in the efforts to invent montage as a distinctive film style and the dominance of the country's filmmakers ' working style in dealing with reality. But the general state of production and the dominance of ideology in imposing restrictions on the world of creators have become of less interest to researchers.
This study attempts to penetrate the mystery surrounding the general structure of this film movement, to analyse the dominance of ideology and Politics on the creative space that gave dozens of great directors to the world of filmmaking, and to reflect on the state of restrictions that he set for its creators.

شۆڕشی ئۆکتۆبەری ساڵی ١٩١٧ بەتەنها گۆرانکارییەکی سیاسی شۆڕشگێرانە نەبوو بۆ کۆتایی هێنان بە دەسەڵاتی سیزەر لە روسیا و هێنانە کایەی حکومەتێکی سۆشیالیستی لە پێناو باشترکردنی ژیانی خەڵک ، چینە هەژارەکانی کۆمەڵ بەتایبەتی ، بەڵکو گۆرانکارییەکی بنچینەیی بوو لە تەواوی پێکاهاتەی کۆمەڵایەتی و کەلتووری ئەو وڵاتەدا و کاریگەرییەکانی تەواوی لایەنە فەرهەنگی و هونەرییەکانیشیان گرتەوە . سینەما وەک یەکێک لە بەهێزترین و دیارترین ئامرازە نوێیەکانی هۆشیاری لەو سەردەمەدا بایەخێکی گەورەی وەرگرت و خۆشی وەک دیاردەیەکی سەردەمە نوێیەکە بووە جێی وردبوونەوەی بیریارانی ئەورۆژگارە و بە ئەمڕۆشەوە قسەکردن لەسەر سینەمای سۆڤێتی هێشتا بابەتێکی گەرم و سەرنج راکێشە .
بەشی زۆری ئەو توێژینەوانەی دەربارەی ئەو سینەمایە کراون بەتەنها کاریان لەسەر ئەو دیوەی کردوە کە چ جۆرە کاریگەرییەکی ئەرێنی لەسەر کۆی سینەمای دنیا داناوە ، بەتایبەتی لەهەوڵەکانی هاتنەگۆڕێی مۆنتاژ دا و ئەو جۆرە هەژموونەی ستایڵی کارکردنی فیلمسازانی ئەو وڵاتە بۆ مامەڵەکردن لەگەڵ واقیع ، لەبەرامبەر ئەوەدا دۆخی گشتی بەرهەمهێنان و ئەو هەژموونەی ئایدۆلۆجیا لەسەپاندنی کۆت و بەند بەسەر دنیای ئەفرێنەرەکاندا کەمتر بۆتە جێی کارکردن .
ئەم توێژینەوەیە هەوڵدەدات بەنێو ئەو پەنهانییەدا ڕۆبچێت کە لەدەوری بونیادە گشتییەکەی ئەم ڕەوتە سینەماییە هەیە ، کارکردنە لەسەر شیکردنەوەی هەژموونی ئایدۆلۆجیاو سیاسەت لەهەمبەر ئەو کایەی داهێنانەی دەیان دەرهێنەری مەزنی بە دنیای فیلمسازی بەخشیوەو هاوکات ئەو کۆت و بەندانەی خودی خۆی بۆ داهێنەرەکانی دروست کردووە . هەوڵدان بۆ راڤەکردنی زەبری هێزی سیاسی و بیرکردنەوەکانی و دروستکردنی کایەیەک کە لەراژەی دەسەڵاتدارێتی سیاسی و بیرکردەوەکانیدا بێت یەکێکی ترە لەو بەشانەی لەم توێژینەوەیەدا گرنگی پێدراوە و کاری زیاتر و هەڵکۆڵینی زانستیانەی تێدا کراوە .
