Abstract
This study examines the relationship between administrative leadership and strategic thinking among principals and assistants in public and private kindergartens in Sulaimani city. The research aims to achieve several objectives: first, to assess the levels of both variables within the study sample; second, to identify differences in these variables based on kindergarten type (governmental vs. non-governmental); and third, to explore the relationship between administrative leadership and strategic thinking among kindergarten principals and assistants.
The study sample consists of 132 kindergarten principals and assistants from central Sulaimani, representing both the western and eastern education directorates. Following an assessment of psychometric properties, the researcher prepared two measurement scales for the study variables. The findings indicate that administrative leadership and strategic thinking levels are generally high among kindergarten principals and assistants. Additionally, a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) was observed in strategic thinking based on kindergarten type, with principals and assistants of non-governmental kindergartens exhibiting higher levels. However, no significant difference was found in administrative leadership based on kindergarten type. Moreover, the results reveal a strong positive correlation (p < 0.01) between administrative leadership and strategic thinking. In light of these findings, several recommendations and suggestions have been highlighted.

ئەم توێژینەوەیە بەدواداچوون بۆ پەیوەندی نێوان هەردوو گۆراوی سەرکردایەتی كارگێڕی (القيادة الإدارية) و بیرکردنەوەی ستراتیژی (التفكير الاستراتيجي) لە نێوان بەڕێوەبەرانی و یاریدەدەرانی باخچەی منداڵانی حکومی و ناحکومی لە سلێمانی دەکات. توێژینەوەکەی ئێستا چەند ئامانجێک لەخۆ دەگرێت، وەک هەوڵدان بۆ زانینی ئاستی هەریەک لە گۆڕاوەکانی تویژینەوەکە لای نموونەی تویژینەوەکە. ئامانچی دووەمی توێژینەوەکە زانینی جیاوازی لە گۆراوەکان بەپێ ی جۆری باخچە (حکومی و ناحکومی). هەروەها ئامانجێکی دیکەی تویژینەوەکە زانینی پەیوەندی نێوان سەرکردایەتی كارگێڕی و بیرکردنەوەی ستراتیژیە لای بەڕێوەبەران و یاریدەدەرانی باخچەی منداڵان. نموونەی توێژینەوەکە پێک هات لە ١٣٢ بەڕیوەبەر و یاریدەدەری باخچە لە سەنتەری شاری سلێمانی کە بەسەر هەردوو پەروەردەی ڕۆژئاوا و ڕۆژهەڵاتدا دابەشببوون. دوای ئەنجامدانی چەند تایبەتمەندیەکی سایکۆمیتری، توێژەر دوو پێوەرەری ئامادەکرد بەمەبەستی پێوانی گۆڕاوەکانی تویژینەوەکە. ئەنجامی توێژینەوەکە دەریخست کە ئاستی هەریەک لە گۆڕاوی سەرکردایەتی و بیرکردنەوەی ستراتیجی بەرزە لای بەڕێوەبەران و یاریدەدەرانی باخچەی منداڵان. هەروەها جیاوازی ئاماریی هەبوو لە بیرکردنەوەی ستراتیجی لە نێوان نموونەی توێژینەوەکە بەپێ ی گۆڕاوی جۆری باخچە، وە لە بەرژەوەندی بەڕێوەبەران و یاریدەدەرانی باخچە ناحکومیەکان. بەڵام جیاوازی نەبوو لە سەرکردەی کارگێری بەپێی گۆڕاوی جۆری باخچە. هەروەها ئەنجامی توێژینەوەکە پەیوەندیەکی ڕاستەوانەی بەهێزی بە ئاستی ئاماژەی (٠.٠١) لە نێوان سەرکردەی کارگێڕی و بیرکردنەوەی ستراتیجی دۆزیەوە. لە ژێر ڕۆشنایی دەرەنجامی تویژینەوەک کۆمەڵێک ڕاسپاردە و پێشنیار خرانەڕوو.
