Abstract
Historical documents have proved the fact that an individual often becomes a charismatic figure in society and through the strength of his personality and actions has a multidimensional and different impact on the economic and political aspects They create community and become a source of pride for their people and nation.
Sadeq Sharafkandi is one of those personalities who, in addition to his many years of struggle as a Peshmerga, diplomat and politician, at the same time as a capable person has a role and influence on the field of journalism of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in this field he had agreat role of developing the center of party journalism This study highlights the hidden aspects of Sadeq Sharafkandi's efforts to promote the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). He was in charge of the Press and Information Department of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) for six years 1983AD to 1989AD. He published many articles in the Kurdistan newspaper and Voice of Kurdistan Radio.
Sadeq Sharafkandi was born in a poor religious family in Taragha village of Bokan region. His father was (Mullah Mohammad Bora)and he was the younger brother of AbdulRahman Sharafkandi Sadeq Sharafkandi's political career and association with the (KDP) dates back to 1973AD, when he was in Paris to study for his doctorate. There he met Abdul Rahman Qasemloo He became a member of the (KDP).
To write this paper, we have relied on historical research methods and in some cases have tried to analyze some of the issues.

بەڵگەنامه مێژووییەكان ئەو ڕاستییەیان سەلماندووە كە زۆر جار تاكەكەس لە نێو كۆمەڵگەدا دەبێتە كارێزماو لە ڕێگەی بەهێزی كەسێتییەكەیی و كارو كردەوەكانییەوە كاریگەری فرە ڕەهەندو جیاواز لەسەر لایەنی ئابوری سیاسی كۆمەڵایەتی دروست دەكەن و دەبنە جێگەی شانازی بۆ گەل و نه‌ته‌وه‌كه‌یان.
سادق شەرەفكەندی یەكێكە لەو كەسایەتیانەی كە جگە لە خەبات و تێكۆشانی چەند ساڵەی وەك پێشمەرگەو دیپلۆمات و سیاسیەكی هەڵكەوتوو، لە هەمانكاتدا وەك كەسێكی بەتوانا ڕۆڵ و كاریگەری لەسەر بواری ڕۆژنامەگەری حیزبی دیموكراتی كوردستان هەبووە، لەو چوارچێوەیەشدا توانیوێتی تاڕادەكی زۆر ناوەندی ڕاگەیاندنی حیزبەكە بەرەو پێشەوە بەرێت، ئه‌م توێژینه‌وه‌یه تیشك ده‌خاته سه‌ر لایه‌نه شاراوه‌كانی هه‌وڵه‌كانی سادق شه‌ره‌فكه‌ندی بۆ به‌ره‌وپێشبردنی به‌شی چاپه‌مه‌نی و ڕاگه‌یاندنی حیزبی دیموكراتی كوردستان كه بۆماوه‌ی شه‌ش ساڵ به‌رپرسی ئه‌و به‌شه بووه، له ساڵی 1362هـ/1983ز، تاوه‌كو ساڵی 1368هـ/1989ز، له‌و بواره‌دا چه‌ندین وتار و بابه‌تی هه‌بووه چی له ڕۆژنامه‌ی كوردستان چی له رادیۆی ده‌نگی كوردستان.
سادق شه‌ره‌فكه‌ندی له بنه‌ماڵه‌یه‌كی ئایینی هه‌ژاری نیشتیمان په‌روه‌ر له گوندی ته‌ره‌غه‌ی ناوچه‌ی بۆكان له‌دایك بووه، باوكی ناوی (مه‌لا محمدی بۆره)، برا بچوكی عه‌بدولڕه‌حمان شه‌ره‌فكه‌ندی (مامۆستا هه‌ژاری) شاعیره، سه‌ره‌تای كاری سیاسی و په‌یوه‌ندی سادق شه‌ره‌فكه‌ندی به حیزبی دیموكراتی كوردستانه‌وه، ده‌گه‌ڕێته‌وه بۆ ساڵی 1352هـ/1973ز، كه ئه‌وكات له پاریس بووه به‌مه‌به‌ستی خوێندنی دكتۆراكه‌ی، له‌وێ چاوی به عه‌بدولڕه‌حمان قاسملوو كه‌وتووه و بووه به ئه‌ندامی حیزبی دیموكراتی كوردستان. بۆ نوسینی ئه‌م توێژینه‌وه‌یه پشتمان به‌میتۆدی لێكۆڵینه‌وه‌ی مێژووی به‌ستووه و له هه‌ندێك حاڵه‌تدا هه‌وڵمانداوه شیكاری بۆ هه‌ندێك له بابه‌ته‌كان بكه‌ین.
