Abstract
This research is conducted in tourism geography and presents the Physical potential of tourism development in the Garmian administration. Garmian is located in the southeastern Kurdistan Region, in a semi-mountainous region, bordered by Sulaimani province in the north, Halabja province in the northeast, Kirkuk province in the northwest, Salahaddin province in the west, Diyala province in the south and southwest, and the international border of Kermanshah province of Iran from the east for a length of 122.5 km. The aim of this study is to highlight the spatial relationship between certain natural features and historical landmarks within the Garmian Administration for tourism activities, along with how they can be utilized and developed in order to attract a greater number of tourists to the region, particularly from Central and Southern Iraq. Based on the objective of this research, several conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that the geographical location of the Garmian Administration has significant tourism potential. It possesses a strong hydrological connection with the region’s historical landmarks. However, the area’s elevation and topographical variation play a central role in relation to the region’s historical sites

ئەم توێژینەوەیە لەبواری جوگرافیای گەشتوگوزاردا کراوە، و تێیدا پەیوەندی شوێنی نێوان بەشێك لە بنەما سروشتییەكان و شوێنەوارە مێژوویەكان لە ئیدارەی گەرمیاندا خراوەتەڕوو. ئیدارەی گەرمیان دەكەوێتە باشوری ڕۆژهەڵاتی هەرێمی كوردستان، لە ناوچەی نیمچە شاخاوی، لەباكوریەوە لەگەڵ پارێزگای سلێمانی و لە باكوری ڕۆژهەڵاتەوە لەگەڵ پارێزگای هەڵەبجە و لەباكوری ڕۆژئاواوە لەگەڵ پارێزگای كەركوك و لەڕۆژئاواشەوە لەگەڵ پارێزگای سەڵاحەدیندا هاوسنورە، هەروەها لەباشور و باشوری ڕۆژئاواشەوە لەگەڵ پارێزگای دیالەدا هاوسنورە، لەڕۆژهەڵاتیشەوە بە درێژایی (122,5 كم) سنوری نێودەوڵەتی لە پارێزگای كرماشانی وڵاتی ئێرانی جیادەكاتەوە. ئامانج لەم توێژینەوەیە خستنەڕووی پەیوەندی شوێنییە لەنێوان هەندێك لە بنەما سروشتییەكان و شوێنەوارە مێژووییەكانی ئیدارەی گەرمیانە بۆ چالاكیی گەشتوگوزاری، لەگەڵ چۆنێتی وەبەرهێنان و پەرەپێدانیان، لەپێناو ڕاكێشانی ژمارەیەكی زیاتر لە گەشتیاران بۆ ناوچەكە، بەتایبەت گەشتیارانی ناوەڕاست و باشوری عێراق. لەبەر ڕۆشنایی ئامانجەكەی توێژینەوەكە گەیشت بە كۆمەڵێك ئەنجام، گرنگترینیان ئەوەیە كە شوێنی جوگرافی ئیدارەی گەرمیان بایەخێكی گەشتوگوزاریی گرنگی هەیە، لەگەڵ دەرامەتی ئاوی سەر زەوی پەیوەندییەكی بەهێزیان لەگەڵ شوێنەوارە مێژووییەكانی ناوچەكەدا هەیە، بەڵام بەرزی و نزمی ڕووی زەوی پەیوەندییەكی مامناوەندی هەیە لەگەڵ شوێنەوارە مێژووییەكانی ناوچەكەدا.
