Abstract
The aim of the study is to present the dark tourism sites in the study area and encourage and develop the Anfal monument as an important dark tourism site in Chamchamal district. The importance of the study is that SOWT model and GIS technology were used to develop the characteristics of dark tourism. Descriptive and analytical methods were also used in the study. The research plan consists of three parts and several discussions as follows: Part 1: Part 1: Research concepts and terms: Part 2: Introduction to the research area. Part 2: Discussion 1: Anfal and the stages of Anfal. Discussion 2: Geographical distribution of dark tourism in the study area. Part 3: Discussion 1: The Anfal Monument. Discussion 2: Development of the Anfal Monument with the SOWT model.
The study also concluded that the area has a number of dark tourist sites of monuments, cemeteries and walls. There are 10 dark tourism sites in the study area and they are not distributed evenly over the area. Although the Anfal monument is located in the center of Chamchamal district, each of the districts (Aghjaler) has (three) sites, Qadir Karam (four) sites and Sangaw (2) sites. Thus, no tourist sites have been built in Shorsh, Takya Jabari and Takya Kakamand districts. The study also recommends: Paying attention to conferences, congresses and scientific meetings on Anfal and genocide in the Anfal monument. Also, adopting modern methods to introduce the crime of Anfal genocide and the Anfal monument in Chamchamal district through cinema, scientific research, exhibitions, etc. and registration of the Anfal monument and the dark tourist sites of the district by the Kurdistan Regional Tourism Board in tourism guides and atlases.

ئامانج لە توێژینەوەكە خستنەڕووی پێگەكانی گەشتوگوزاری تاریكە لە ناوچەی توێژینەوەكه و هاندان و گەشەپێدانی مۆنۆمێنتی ئەنفالە وەك پێگەیەكی گرنگی گەشتوگوزاری تاریك لە قەزای چەمچەماڵ. گرنگی توێژینەوەكەش لەوەدایە بۆ گەشەپێدانی سیماكانی گەشتوگوزاری تاریك سوود لە مۆدێلی (SOWT) و تەكنەلۆژیای (GIS) وەرگیراوە. هەروەها میتۆدەكانی (وەسفی و شیكاری) لە توێژینەوەكەدا بەكارهاتووە. هەرچی پلانی تویژینەكەشە لە سێ بەش و چەند باسێك پێكهاتووە بەم شێوەیە: بەشی یەکەم: باسی یەکەم: چەمک و زاراوەکانی توێژینەوە: باسی دووەم: ناساندنی ناوچەی توێژینەوە. بەشی دووەم: باسی یەکەم: ئەنفال و قۆناغەکانی ئەنفال. باسی دووەم: دابەشبوونی جوگرافی گەشتوگوزاری تاریك لە ناوچەی توێژینەوە. بەشی سێیەم: باسی یەکەم: مۆنۆمێنتی ئەنفال. باسی دووەم: گەشەپێدانی مۆنۆمێنتی ئەنفال بە مۆدێلی (SOWT).
هەروەها توێژینەوەكە بەم دەرەنجامانە گەیشتووە: ناوچەكە خاوەن كۆمەڵێك پێگەی گەشتوگوزاری تاریكە لە مۆنۆمێنت و گۆڕستان و دیواربەند. هەرچی پێگەكانی گەشتوگوزاری تاریكە لە ناوچەی توێژینەوە ژمارەیان (10) پێگەیە و بەشێوەیەكی یەكسان بەسەر ناوچەكەدا دابەش نەبووە. هەرچەندە مۆنۆمێنتی ئەنفال دەكەوێتە (سەنتەری قەزای چەمچەماڵ) هەریەك لە ناحیەكانی (ئاغجەلەر) خاوەن (سێ) پێگە و قادركەرەم (چوار) پێگە و ناحیەی سەنگاو (2) پێگەیە. بەمەش هەریەك لە ناحیەكانی (شۆڕش و تەكیەیی جەباری و تەكیەی كاكەمەند)، هیچ پێگەیەكی گەشتوگوزاری تێدا دروستنەكراوە. توێژینەوەكە پێشنیاری ئەوەش دەكات: گرنگیدان بە كۆنفرانس و كۆنگرە و دیداری زانستی لەسەر ئەنفال و جینۆساید لە ناو مۆنۆمێنی ئەنفال. هەروەها گرتنەبەری ڕێگە و شێوازی سەردەمیانە بۆ ناساندنی تاوانی جینۆسایدی ئەنفال و مۆنۆمێنتی ئەنفال لە قەزای چەمچەماڵ لە ڕێگەی سینەما و توێژینەوەی زانستی و پیشانگا و هتد. و تۆماركردنی مۆنۆمێنتی ئەنفال و پێگەكانی گەشتوگوزاری تاریكی قەزاكە لەلایەن دەستەی گەشتوگوزاری هەرێم، لە ڕێبەر و ئەتڵەسەكانی گەشتیاریدا.
