Abstract
Recreational services are one of the essential urban services cities provided to residents, as they play a vital role in human development, particularly in enhancing psychological well-being and fostering intellectual and cognitive growth. This study examines the geographical distribution of public gardens and parks at the level of residential neighborhoods in Chamchamal City, with particular attention to the effects of population growth and the increasing demand for recreational services. The primary objective of the research is to assess the spatial distribution of public gardens and parks and to evaluate their adequacy in relation to population size. The study highlights a key research problem, namely the spatial imbalance in the distribution of these services and their insufficient alignment with population density in several neighborhoods. The research adopts a descriptive–analytical approach supported by spatial data analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Data are represented through thematic maps, and spatial techniques such as distance-based analysis and the nearest-neighbor. The study is structured into five main sections: an introduction to the study area and key terminology; an analysis of the neighborhood-level distribution of gardens and parks; an examination of the relationship between population size and recreational services; an assessment of the spatial orientation of service distribution; and an evaluation of the overall distribution pattern. The findings reveal significant spatial disparities in the distribution of public gardens and parks across the neighborhoods, along with notable inconsistencies between service provision and population size. Accordingly, the study recommends prioritizing the development and equitable distribution of recreational services.

خزمەتگوزاری خۆشگوزەرانی بە یەکێک لەو خزمەتگوزاریانە دادەنرێت کە شار پێشکەشی دانیشتوانەکەی دەکات، چونکە ڕۆڵێکی گرنگی لە پێشکەوتنی مرڤدا هەیە بە تایبەتی لە ڕووی دەرونی و گەشەکردنی بیرو هۆشی دانیشتوان، ناوچەی توێژینەوە باس لە دابەشبوونی خزمەتگوزاری باخچەی گشتی و پارکەکان دەکات لەسەر ئاستی گەڕەکەکانی نیشتەجێبوون، بە تایبەتی دوای زیادبوونی ژمارەی دانیشتوان و زۆری خواست لەسەر ئەم خزمەتگوزاریە ، ئامانجی توێژینەوەکە نیشاندانی خزمەتگوزاری باخچەو پارکەکانە لە شاری چەمچەماڵ و گونجاندنیان لەگەڵ ژمارەی دانیشتوان، وە توێژینەوەکە گرنگی بە دەرخستنی ئاستی ئەم خزمەتگوزاریە داوە، هەروەها نیشاندانی کێشەی توێژینەوەکە کە خۆی لە ناڕیکی دابەشبوونی خزمەتگوزاری باخچەی گشتی و پارکەکان لەگەڵ ژمارەی دانیشتوان دەبینێتەوە، ئەمە سەرەڕای بەکارهێنانی میتۆدی شیکاری و وەسفی لەگەڵ نیشاندنی داتا و زانیاریەکان لەسەر نەخشە بە بەکارهێنانی سیستەمی زانیاریە جوگرافیەکان (GIS)، وە بەکارهێنانی ئاراستەی دووری و نزیکترین دراوسێ، بۆ ئەم مەبەستەش توێژینەوەکە بۆ پێنج باسی جیاواز دابەشکراوە، باسی یەکەم (ناساندنی ناوچەی توێژینە و زاراوەی تایبەتەکان)، هەروەها باسی دووەم (دابەشبوونی باخچەو پارکەکان لەسەر ئاستی گەڕەکەکان)، باسی سێیەم (شیکردنەوەی پەیوەندی نێوان دانیشتوان و خزمەتگوزاری باخچەو پارکەکان) باسی چوارەم (ئاراستەی دابەشبوونی باخچەی گشتی و پارکەکان)، باسی پێنجەم (شێوازی دابەشبوونی خزمەتگوزاری باخچەی گشتی و پارکەکان)، لە کۆتایدا توێژینەوەکە بەو دەرئەنجامە گەشتووە کە جیاوازی لە دابەشبوونی خزمەتگوزاری باخچە و پارکەکان لە ناوچەی توێژینەوە بەدی دەکرێت، ئەمە سەرەڕای ناڕێکی ئەم خزمەتگوزاریە لەگەڵ ژمارەی دانیشتوان بە تایبەتی لە هەندێک لە گەڕەکەکاندا، لەبەرئەوە توێژینەوەکە پێشنیار دەکات کە گرنگی زیاتر بەم جۆرە خزمەتگوزاریانە بدرێت لە ناوچەکەدا، وە کارپێکردنی لە لایەنی پەیوەندیدار و پلاندانەران و پەرەپێدانی شار و شارستانیەت.
