Abstract
Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani is one of the contemporary scholars of hadith. He is distinguished by his extensive scholarly heritage and valuable research on various topics. His books number over two hundred, which demonstrates the breadth of his knowledge and the breadth of his insight. He has conducted numerous researches on hadith books, in which he has studied the chains of transmission and texts, examining them meticulously. He then issued his judgments on them based on what he found to be the truth of the matter, supporting the views of the earlier scholars and sometimes contradicting them.
The researcher chose one of Al-Albani’s works, which is the book (Tamam Al-Minnah in the Commentary on the Book of Sunnah Jurisprudence by Sayyid Sabiq).
In his research, the researcher tried to define some terms, and write a translation of Al-Albani and a translation of his book (Tamam Al-Minnah).Al-Albani in his book (Tamam al-Minnah in the commentary on the book Fiqh al-Sunnah) by citing the hadith rulings on some hadiths, including the hadiths on the obligation of zakat and the encouragement to pay it. The researcher followed the hadith rulings issued by al-Albani and compared them with others and pointed out matters related to that, naming his study (Al-Albani’s hadith rulings in his book (Tamam al-Minnah) - the hadiths on zakat and the encouragement to pay it as a model - a comparative hadith study

يُعد محمد ناصرالدين الألباني من علماء الحديث المعاصرين، امتاز بكثرة تراثه العلمي وتحقيقاته قيمة في مواضيع شتى، وقد قربت كتبه فوق المئتين، تدل على غزارة علمه وسعة إطلاعه له تحقيقات كثيرة على كتب حديثية، عالج فيها دراسة الأسانيد والمتون وفحصهما فحصاً دقيقاً، ثم أصدر الحكم عليها حسبما تبين له حقيقة الأمر، مؤيداً ما قاله الأقدمون ومخالفاً له أحياناً.
اختار الباحث واحداً من مؤلفات الألباني، وهي كتاب( تمام المنة في التعليق على كتاب فقه السنة للسيدسابق).
وقد حاول الباحث في بحثه أن يعرِّفَ بعض المصطلحات، وكتابة ترجمة الألباني وأن يعرِّفَ بكتابه( تمام المنة).
قام الألباني في كتابه( تمام المنة في التعليق على كتاب فقه السنة) بإيراد أحكام الحديثية على بعض الأحاديث، ومن ضمنها أحاديث وجوب الزكاة والترغيب في أدائها، فقد تتبع الباحث ما أصدره الألباني من الأحكام مع المقارنة والتنبيه على بعض المواضع مسمياً دراسته (الأحكام الحديثية للألباني في كتابه (تمام المنة) - أحاديث الزكاة والترغيب في أدائها نموذجاً - دراسة حديثية مقارنة.
