Abstract
The current research aims to build a scale of modernization trends among ISF officers in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and measure the level of modernization trends among ISF officers in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. To know the significance of the statistical differences in the level of modernization trends among ISF officers in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq according to the variables. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a scale to measure modernization attitudes consisting of (60) paragraphs in the form of verbal positions (A, B, C) where one of these alternatives expresses modernity, traditionalism and indecision between two cases and after extracting the psychometric properties of the paragraphs of that scale, which represent discriminant power and verbal honesty, the apparent validity and construct validity of the scale was extracted with the calculation of its stability coefficient by the semi-partial division method that Balch has (0. 87), and Cronbach's alpha method which has Balch (0.) 86), and the scale became ready and has suitable psychometric properties, it was applied by the two researchers to a sample of ISF officers in a stratified random method available and their number (480) male and female officers in the Internal Security Forces (ISF). After correcting the answers and analyzing the data statistically using Cronbach, Scheffe, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (spss) statistical methods, the result was Research Title

يهدف البحث الحالي الي بناء مقياس لاتجاهات الحداثة لدى ضباط قوى الأمن الداخلي في الإقليم كوردستان العراق وقياس مستوى اتجاهات الحداثة لدى ضباط قوى الأمن الداخلي في إقليم كوردستان العراق. معرفة دلالة الفروق الإحصائية لمستوى اتجاهات الحداثة لدى ضباط قوى الأمن الداخلي في إقليم كوردستان – العراق وفقا للمتغيرات. ولتحقيق اهداف البحث قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس لقياس اتجاهات الحداثة مؤلفة من (60) فقرة على شكل مواقف لفظية (أ، ب، ج) حيث تعبر احد تلك البدائل عن الحداثة و التقليدية و تردد بين حالتين وبعد ان تم استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية لفقرات ذلك المقياس التمثل بالقوة التمييزية وصدق الفقرات تم استخراج الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء للمقياس مع حساب معامل الثبات لها بطريقة التجزئة النصفية الذي قد بلخ (0.87) وبطريقة الفا كونباخ الذي قد بلخ (0.86) واصبح المقياس جاهز وذاب خصائص سايكومترية مناسبة تم تطبيقها من قبل الباحثان على عينة من ضباط قوى الأمن الداخلي بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية المتيسرة والبالخ (480) ضابط و ضابطة في القوة الأمن الداخلي ويعد تصحيح الإجابات وتحليل البيانات احصائيا باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية كرونباخ وشيفة والحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(spss) أظهرت النتائج عن وجود مستوى إيجابي فوق الوسط من اتجاهات الحداثة لدى ضباط قوى الامن الداخلي في إقليم كوردستان العراق مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى اتجاهات الحداثة تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور من الضباط ولصالح ووجود من الرتبة الأعلى كالقادة والامراء وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيرات السكن على أساس نتائج البحث واستنتاجاته توصل الباحثان الي عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات اللازمة للجهات ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث.
