Abstract
This study is related to the labor force in the education sector in Kalar district based on descriptive and analytical methods and based on the official data and information of the statistics department of the education department of Kalar district and the general directorate of education of Garmian administration. The purpose of this study is to show the size، distribution and change of labor force growth in the education sector in the administrative boundaries of Kalar district.Determining the demographic، economic and administrative factors responsible for this distribution، the total size of the labor force in the education sector reaches (6310) workforce، of which the largest labor force is located in the center of Kalar district (66.4%)، but in the districts (Rizgari، Pebaz، and Sheikh Tawil) their percentage reaches (22.4%، 6.8% and 4.4% respectively)، and the reduction of the labor force according to educational institutions has the highest rate in the primary school level (75%).The total labor force in Kalar district has the lowest percentage of the share of the literacy eradication school (0.4%)، but in terms of environmental distribution، the percentage of the labor force in the education sector reaches 79.9% of the total labor force، but their percentage in the rural area reaches (20.1%). Regarding their distribution by occupational title، kindergarten and primary school teachers have the highest percentage (73%) of the total labor force، and the lowest percentage of teachers in the accelerated and eradicated schools Illiteracy accounts for 1% of the total workforce in the county.

ئەم لێکۆڵینەوەیە تایبەتە بە هێزى کار لە کەرتى پەروەردە لە قەزاى کەلار لەسەر بنەماى میتۆدى وەسفى و شیکارى و بەپشت بەست بە داتاو زانیارییە فەرمییەکانى بەشى ئامارى بەڕێوەبەرێتى پەروەردەى قەزاى کەلار و بەڕێوەبەرایەتى گشتى پەروەردەى ئیدارەى گەرمیان، ئامانجى لێکۆڵینەوەکە دەرخستنى قەبارە و دابەشبوون و گۆڕانى گەشەى هێزى کارە لەکەرتى پەروەردە لە سنورى کارگێڕى قەزاى کەلار، و دیاریکردنى ئەو فاکتەرە دیموگرافى و ئابورى و کارگێڕیانەى بەرپرسن لەم دابەشبوونە،کۆى گشتى قەبارەى هێزى کار لەکەرتى پەروەردە دەگاتە (6310) هێزى کار، لەو ژمارەیە زۆرترین هێزى کار دەکەوێتە ناوەندى قەزاى کەلار کە ڕیژەکەى دەگاتە (66.4%)، بەڵام لە ناحیەکانى (ڕزگارى، پێباز، شێخ تەویل) ڕێژەیان دەگاتە لە (22.4%، 6.8%، 4.4%) بە دواى یەکدا، هەروەها داشبوونى هێزى کار بە پێى دامەزراوە فێرکارییەکان بەرزترین ڕیژەیان هەیە لە قۆناغى خوێندنى بنەڕەتی دەگاتە لە ( 75%)،کۆى هێزى کار لەسەر ئاستى قەزاى کەلار، نزمترین ڕیژەیان لە پشکى قوتابخانەى نەهێشتنى نەخوێندەوارى دایە دەگاتە لە (0.4%)، بەڵام لە ڕووى دابەشبوونى ژینگەییەوە هێزى کار لەکەرتى پەروەردە ڕیژەیان لە سنورى شارنشینى دەگاتە (79.9%) کۆى هێزى کار، بەڵام ڕیژەیان لە سنورى گوندنشینى دەگاتە لە (20.1%)، سەبارەت بە دابەشبوونیان بە پێى ناونیشانى پیشەیی، مامۆستایانى باخچە و بنەڕەتى بەرزترین ڕیژە تۆماردەکەن دەگاتە لە (73%) کۆى هێزى کار، نزمترین ڕیژە لەپشکى مامۆستایانى قوتابخانەى خوێندنى خێرا و نەهێشتنى نەخوێندەوارى دەبێت کە دەگاتە لە (1%) کۆى هێزى کار لەسەر ئاستى قەزاى کەلار.
